Finding our lake (the Rick Pond, Home Park)
Head for the western end of Kingston Bridge and the roundabout at the junction of the A308 and the A310. The entrance to Home Park (also called Hampton Court Park) is about 30 yards along the A308 from the bridge, on the left, at the side of "The Old Kings Head" pub (post code KT1 4AE). Once in the park, follow the signs to the Golf Course (their clubhouse postcode is KTI 4AD), ignoring the first lake on your right. The distance from the park entrance to the Rick Pond is about a mile. When you see a small lake on your left (and possibly fountains operating on your right) turn left almost immediately at a small cross road. The Rick Pond is then on your right and our clubhouse is about 300 yards in front of you.
